Make and take Options

Alternatively if you don't have the time to allow for glazing and firing, but you just want to make and take, this might be for you.

There are two choices:

For mugs, plates and bowls, which need to be food safe, there is an 'on glaze' option. You prebook the china you wish to paint and it is brought to you clear glazed, ready for you to 'design your own masterpiece' There are special ceramic pens and paints to use with this option. When painted, these items need to dry for a few hours, before hardening the 'on glaze' in the oven for half an hour.

Or: Ornaments which don't require a food safe paint can be painted with 'acrylic paints' especially adapted for use on ceramics. These dry quite quickly and can then be 'finished' with a type of glazing agent (enclosed with the china), which gives the paint a shiny look.

Either of these options is available as Self Expression (party-in-a-box), with instructions on how to use the different mediums. They also come with the full packaging for wrapping these items after painting and giving to the party members.
